Duke Renovations is named after our sweet, loving and loyal Rhodesian Ridgeback, Duke.
Duke’s character traits represent everything that we feel is important to maintain positive relationships with our clients: confidence, independence, happiness, adaptability, and last but not least, loyalty.
Mary is a formally trained interior designer specializing in Interior Architecture. She is an accredited LEED Green Associate and a graduate of Philadelphia’s Moore College of Art & Design with a Masters of Fine Arts degree in Interior Design.
As a designer practicing interior architecture, Mary considers and has in-depth knowledge of, everything to do with residential interior space that affects human habitation. These considerations include materials, finishes, electrical requirements, lighting design, plumbing, ventilation, ergonomics and thoughtful use of space.
Mary is involved in all stages of the construction process, from design concept and initial plans right through the finishing touches. Mary’s goal is to give clientele a comfortable environment that increases their quality of life.
Brian is a project manager and a general contractor with 25+ years in the construction industry. As owner-operator of Duke Roofing & Renovations, Brian acts as a project manager on all jobs.
Brian started working summers during high school for framing contractors, roofing contractors, finish carpenters and HVAC contractors.
While attending West Chester University, Brian continued to work on the side perfecting his craft in the construction industry.
After college, Brian owned a home remodeling company before working as a lead foreman for Springer Brother’s Roofing for 10 years. Brian is a highly skilled mechanic with knowledge of tools, equipment, materials, and methods that are used in the exterior and interior of a residential or commercial space.
Brian is involved in all phases of a project: programming, design development, construction/installation and project completion. Brian is present at the job site where he oversees and ensures that work is progressing on schedule and as planned.
All of our subcontractors are licensed and insured owner-operators.
